Welcome to Yulane Surrogate Providers Program

Yulane WeCare Services (YWCS), a subsidiary of Yulane Group, is being created to provide qualified surrogate and egg donor services for Yulane clients.  YWCS is funded by both Yulane Group and Penguin Forms (PF).  YWCS provides egg donation and surrogate services as well as management policies and procedures to ensure high quality services are provided exclusively to Yulane clients.  The organization’s primary immediate-term goal is to generate the policies and procedures necessary to create a comprehensive specification for the development of IVF software.  Its secondary goal is to assist Yulane recruit surrogacy leaders and by working with other agencies to create the Surrogate Educational Program.

YWCS may implement an independent program, possibly titled the Practice Program, to provide surrogacy and egg donor services to both Yulane and non-Yulane clients.

Penguin Forms is a Yulane subsidiary that provides data collaboration and multi-level agent management tools to assist Yulane management data, workflow, and paperless processes.

 

YWCS will work with non-Yulane egg donor and surrogacy agencies physically located in the United States.  These agencies will be referred to as Yulane Surrogate Providers (YSP) and work with the YWCS to offer the Yulane Surrogate Providers Program (YSPP).

 

The YSPP will be used to develop the Yulane Surrogate Mother, or other appropriate marketing brand name, to provide a high quality surrogacy program to intended parents located in China.  In doing so the program intends to set forth a uniform set of processes and standards for 1) providing surrogacy education for intended parents whose IVF services will be conducted through a Yulane certified hospital and 2) enhance the value of the IVF management process by collecting, processing and managing data between the intended parents, surrogates, services agencies, and IVF clients using the Penguin Form systems.

 

YWCS will provide the following services to benefit the YSPs:

  1. Global promotion and marketing of the aforementioned brand, particularly in China, and therefore the YSP’s prospective surrogates and egg donors. Upto 100 Yulane Surrogate Clients per year.
  2. Maintenance of a database of gestational surrogate leads
  3. Yulane prequalified, hot leads, ready to use YSP’s service
  4. A suite of information management tools specifically to manage the process (additional fees may apply)

Benefits

In consideration, YSPs are required to be certified by the Yulane WeCare Program.  By being certified the program generates credibility used to market itself.  YSPs will be required to supply at least the following services to maintain certification:

  1. Search and locate online prospective surrogate profiles having basic data and in most cases videos using the available digital tools include the web video
  2. Provide prospective surrogate screening results, including video interviews and background and criminal record checks
  3. Provide prospective surrogate for receiving the medical screening results, including psychological and physiological evaluation, of the prospective surrogate ready to been reviewed by Yulane’s clients online.
  4. Ensure prospective surrogate and egg donor home studies to ensure living conditions meet prescribed standards are required and can be provided for $1,500 for prospective surrogates and $1,000 for prospective egg donors
  5. Provide online and offline training courses for surrogates to aid in their understanding of the process as it pertains to certified Yulane IVF professionals and hospitals in China
  6. Ensure regular follow-up visits and calls of the surrogate during pregnancy.
  7. Make a reasonable effort to promote of all branded programs.

 

Yulane Surrogate Providers Programs are required to use Penguin Forms paperless solutions to store, manage, and transfer all necessary forms used in these processes, including those related to screening evaluation, consent, and registration.  These services will be provided for a suggested fee of $6,000 per full surrogate service as a certified Yulane WeCare Provider.

 

Qualification

  • $30,000 annual membership fee is required to enter the Yulane WeCare Provider Program.
  • A minim of 3 years in surrogacy service industry with a management team of three (3) fulltime staff members operational.
