The full process of agency's services for both egg donors and surrogacy programs are provided at the Chicago RGI building location. The in-house IVF clinic treatments, in-house PGD services and in-house laboratory services are provided by RGI ( Reproductive Genetic Institute ) .

The in-house IVF clinic treatments, and in-house laboratories work are provided by Libration Army General RGI ( China Army General Reproductive Genetic Institute ) . This location does not have in-house PGD service. The PGD service goes to Chicago RGI.
