Surrogate Mothers Wanted

Thank you for helping an infertile couple to realize their dream of building a family. To be accepted by our surrogate mother program you will be required to go through the following steps and provide the following information:
 

  1. Participate in a detailed interview with Yulane Staff where the details of your surrogate journey will be explained. You will receive legal and financial information and be informed as to the contractual rights, expectations, penalties and obligations of our surrogacy service.

  2. You will need to forward your official medical records from your physician to be reviewed by our certified professionals.

  3. A Psychological Clearance will be given after meeting with a licensed psychologist scheduled by Yulane.

  4. You will need to forward your Current pap smear results for us to have on file.

  5. A complete background check including federal and state criminal records will be conducted. We will also need your social security number and full name for a residential history investigation. It is necessary to be a legal resident of the state of Illinois to participate in our surrogacy program.
