 the Yulane back office just sent me the review result asking the difference between the Monitoring Items between your and TK’s. You have just two Monitoring Items with is E2 and Ulstransund. With TK’s, he has Progisterone testing for which your Monitoring Items do not have this one. Can you educate us the reason why? I will learn and share it with the Office.

Some doctors will adjust the dose of progesterone they give patients based on the blood levels. I don't do that because so much of the progesterone we give patients is not detected in the blood, it is absorbed directly into the uterus.

Progesterone testing is very inaccurate. We use intramuscular progesterone as well as vaginal and oral progesterone. The vaginal progesterone is absorbed directly into the uterine lining and cannot be detected in the blood. These are huge amounts of progesterone. Because of all of the above, drawing progesterone levels is futile. We will not change anything based on the results so there is no need to draw it. Does that make sense??

Response the following

1.      Some of the questions on page 5 question 1-1 and 1-2 and page 6 question 1-17. I'm not sure how answer. I'm already matched with my same IPs are those questions necessary to fill in? / since you are not 1st time surrogate, no need to fill out the page 5 fully

2.       I do not have my bloodwork results back yet to fill out on page 6 / No need to fill out

3.      3. It states the Escrow agent will send a 1099 to the IRS. If I were to receive the $45,000 base compensation plus fees I would end up paying about $9,000 in taxes which would result in lowering the amount I truly would get as stated in the agreement. When supplying a 1099 to the IRS it flags the IRS filing system that I must report all monies stated on that 1099. Last time Mr. Zeng sent in documents that stopped Yulane from submitting a 1099 because taxes were already paid and that the IRS would be double taxing Mr. Zeng.  If a 1099 must be submitted then a 20% of base compensation should be added to cover taxation. / Generally, your tax attorney / accountant is the best recourse to help answer your Qs. The payment entity is US CHINA Escrow make the checks out for IP. Whatever the document you have, you can talk to this lawfirm with the documents you might have. The tax law is made clear about this. I am sorry that Yulane could not answer these taxing issue at this point since Yulane is simply provide the screening and matching arrangements for IPs.

4.      What does Insurance Complications Benefit regard to?  Does that mean Medical Insurance? / Most insurance covers the complications and some does not cover the complications in case something is not right due the delivery service occurred at hospital, the Complications Benefit is generally expected to apply to pay medical expenses
