AN ACT concerning surrogacy

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
本法案只对伊利诺伊州的居民有效，以总纲（General Assembly）的形式出现。
Section 1. Short title.
第一部分 短标题
This Act may be cited as the Gestational Surrogacy Act.
本法案可以看做妊娠代孕法案。
Section 5. Purpose.
第五部分 目的
The purpose of this Act is to establish consistent standards and procedural safeguards for the protection of all parties involved in a gestational surrogacy contract in this State and to confirm the legal status of children born as a result of these contracts. These standards and safeguards are meant to facilitate the use of this type of reproductive contract in accord with the public policy of this State.
本法案的目的是为保护本州所有妊娠代孕合约当事人及保证因该合约而出生的孩子的法律地位确立一致的标准和程序保障。这些标准和保障是为了这类生殖合约的使用符合本州的公共政策。
