Will do. She started meds on Aug 5th and her e2 level yesterday was 545.

She has 27 antrol follicles in total. But measurable follicle number is only 2 on day-6. I would recommend to have another 2 days of stimulation and have ultrasound on day-8. If at that time she still have low number of follicles <15 follicle >=10mmm, then the cycle will be cancelled.
I also want to know the date of stimulation started and estradiol level. Could you please add these 2 into the form?

- Airfare: You have advanced ( thank you very much) the air and a $120.00 bonus will be made to you upon your arrival by Jeff, the Yulane Concierge Manger.
- Accommodations: It is our understand that you have reserved the double travel hotel with a budgets not exceed $150 per day. Generally you will be asked for credit card information, please provide on your own for the purpose of reservation only. Once you get Chicago, your local Concierge Manger Jeff will exchange the authorization card at hotel register that will pay your hotel expense per the signed agreement. Ensure that you understand you will be paid $50.00 per diem per day, the hotel expenses will not cover the expenses not listed in the fee agreement. The IP paid accommodations are inclusive of the room charges and taxes and phone calls to the medical facility of the IVF Physician, and exclusive of mini-bar, room service, pay-per-view entertainment, video rentals, and incidental charges.
